Fast and easy pie recipe. Ingredients:
1 large basket of strawbwrries ( 2 pints) |
3 tablespoon cornstarch |
3 tablespoons of strawberry jello |
1 cup water |
whipped cream |
1 pre-package pie crust or you can make your own |
Directions:
1. Mix the cornstarch, Jello and sugar in a sauce pan
2. Cook over low heat until clear and thick
3. Let cool
4. Place sliced strawberris in a cooked pie shell and pour the glaze mixture over them.
5. Top with whipped cream
6. Chill until ready to serve
