Ingredients:
3 cups quartered strawberries (about 1 pound)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled goat cheese
Directions:
1. Combine quartered strawberries, chopped mint, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper; toss gently to combine. Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle evenly with crumbled goat cheese. Serve immediately.
