Strawberry Milkshake with a Twist (Low-Calorie Version)

Do not skip the flax seeds. They are rich in Omega 3 oils, add great taste, fill you up for unbelievably long and burn fat. On a side note, this is rather sweet because I like my milkshakes very sweet. I would recommend start off with 1/4 of a cup of Splenda and add gradually to taste. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
4 cups nonfat milk
12 oz fresh strawberries
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 teaspoon salt
7 tsp flax seeds

1. Blend all ingredients with an electric blender
