Strawberry Margarita Popsicles

The non alchoholic recipe adaptation from foodtv's Tyler Florence. Cook time is freeze time.
Ingredients:
1 pint strawberry, cut into small pieces
1 1/4 cups fresh lime juice
1 cup water
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Set aside about 1/4 cup chopped strawberries.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. I suggest adding 1/2 cup sugar to start and then adding more sugar if you want more sweetness.
3. Next pour the mix into popsicle molds.
4. Skewer strawberry pieces on popsicle sticks and put into molds.
5. Freeze for 4 hours or until solid.
