Frozen Strawberries are at the heart of this unusually light smoothie. Process the berries with green tea, milk and honey to taste. Garnish with a strawberry and and a straw - ENJOY!!
Ingredients:
2 cups green tea, chilled
1 1/2 cups europes best country strawberries, frozen (whole or slices)
1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
honey
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender. Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.
