A cold soup perfect for appetizer, served in small verrine will add punch on this Spanish inspired cold soup!
Ingredients:
250 g of strawberries
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of vinegar of xeres
2 tbsps of olive oil
3 tbsps bread crumbs
fresh basil leaves (amount depends on your preference)
1 glass of cold water
Directions:
1. Clean and cut the heads of your strawberries. Put in an electric mixer all the ingredients and give a good blend according to your desired consistency. Refrigerate for about an hour.
