Ingredients:
6 slices pineapple
3 ounces filtered water
1 banana, peeled
6 fresh or frozen strawberries
1 -ounce wheatgrass juice
Directions:
1. Juice the pineapple first. Add the filtered water to flush the juice through. Put the pineapple juice in the blender with the banana. Start on a low setting while you add the strawberries. Pour into a tall glass. Pour the wheatgrass into the glass. Enjoy.
