Strawberry Daiquiri Pie

This is a huge hit with friends. Very light and tasty!
Ingredients:
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
5 cups strawberry ice cream
1 cup strawberry, pureed
1/4 cup white rum
1 cup strawberry, sliced
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. In a large bowl mix crumbs, sugar, and butter until evenly moist.
3. Firmly press over bottom and upsides of a 9-inch pie plate.
4. Bake in center of oven until firm, 5 to 7 minute
5. Place in freezer to cool about 20 minutes.
6. When crust is cool, place ice cream in large bowl and cut into small chunks.
7. Stir run and strawberry puree into softened ice cream just evenly mixed but do not let ice cream melt completely.
8. Spoon into cooled crust and spread evenly.
9. Tightly cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
10. Top with strawberries.
