Strawberry Daiquiri Ice Pops (Emeril Lagasse)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds strawberries, hulled and halved
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup white rum
2 tablespoons orange flavored liqueur (recommended: grand marnier)
1/2 cup superfine sugar
Directions:
1. Combine half of the ingredients in a blender and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a container. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
2. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze until well set, at least 8 hours. Serve frozen.
