Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash strawberries and set aside 6 for decoration.
  2. Hull remaining strawberries and put in large bowl.
  3. Add the cointreau and crush strawberries lightly with fork.
  4. Whip the cream until thick.
  5. Fold into strawberry mixture.
  6. Lightly crush meringue with your hands (leaving a little for decoration) and add to strawberry mixture.
  7. Gently fold in with a rubber spatula until evenly mixed.
  8. To Serve-.
  9. Pile into 6 fancy wine glasses and place remaining meringue over top.
  10. Place fanned out strawberry on each dessert.
