Strawberry Cream Dessert

A very light and yummy dessert. Easy to make and it looks great.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons sugar
10 tablespoons butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup icing sugar
3 (8 ounce) cartons frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 (85 g) package strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup strawberry yogurt
2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine (top 3) cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into an ungreased 13x9” pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over the prepared crust.
3. In large bowl, dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Whisk in yogurt and 6 cups whipped topping until blended. Pour over cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, combined bottom 3 ingredients for topping. Sprinkle on.
