This recipe is just awesome. It tastes great and cools you off very well on these hot hot hot summer days. Ingredients:
12 oz. bag frozen strawberries |
2 c. whipping cream |
1 c. heavy cream |
3/4 c. sugar |
1/2 c. sour cream |
Directions:
1. Place strawberries in blender first and let sit for about 10 minutes to unthaw a bit.
2. Then add to blender, whipping cream, heavy cream, sugar, and sour cream.
3. Blend on chop for 30 seconds then blend on liquify until thick and smooth.
4. Place in the refrigerator for about 8 hours or over night.
