Another absolute favourite- Big time!
Ingredients:
400 g fresh strawberries, cored save one for garnish
1 cup soymilk, light vanilla flavoured
1 tablespoon strawberry jam
200 g low-fat plain yogurt
1 frozen banana
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Pour into a glass, garnish with a strawberry and serve.
