Found this recipe from Pilsbury and made these to take to a cookout over 4th of July weekend. They were really easy to make, and a huge hit with everyone.

non-stick cooking spray or margarine (i use margarine)
1 (19.5 oz.) package fudge brownie mix for 13x9 pan
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
4 large eggs, divided
3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

2. HEAT oven to 350°F.
3. Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
4. Combine brownie mix, oil, water and 2 eggs in large bowl; stir 50 strokes with spoon.
5. Stir in nuts, if desired.
6. Spread into prepared pan.
7. Bake 20 minutes.
8. CHEESECAKE FILLING:
9. BEAT cream cheese until fluffy in large bowl.
10. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk.
11. Mix in remaining 2 eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth.
