  1. Cake:
  2. Sift first three ingredients together in a separate bowl
  3. Beat eggs in mixing bowl with mixer on high speed until thick
  4. Add sugar gradually, beting well after each addition
  5. Stir in vanilla extract
  6. Gently fold in the flour mixture just until blended
  7. Spread evenly in buttered 10 x15 jelly roll pan lined with buttered and floured waxed paper
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes
  9. Remove cake from oven and turn out onto a tea towel sprinkled liberally with powdered sugar
  10. Peel waxed paper off the bottom of the cake
  11. Roll up the cake in the towel as for jelly roll (start rolling from the 15 side of the cake, your towel will roll right along with the cake)
  12. Let stand for 20 minutes to cool
  13. Filling:
  14. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water in saucepan
  15. Cook over low heat until dissolved, stirring constantly; cool
  16. Fold cooled gelatin and powdered sugar into whipped cream
  17. Chill covered for 5-10 minutes
  18. Unroll cake and spread with filling
  19. Spoon 3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries over the top
  20. Roll up cake, removing towel
  21. Chill for 1 hour or longer
  22. Top with remaining whipped cream and whole strawberries
