Easy and delicious strawberry cake. This is an old but good recipe. Ingredients:
1 pkg white cake mix |
1/2c veg. oil |
1/2c water |
3 eggs |
1 pkg strawberry jello |
1 small container frozen strawberries ,thawed |
2 lg. containers cool whip |
Directions:
1. Mix cake mix,oil,water,eggs and jello,beat 2 mins. Fold in thawed strawberries. Pour into 2 sprayed round cake pans and bake according to cake mix box directions or till toothpick near center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pan 5-10 mins and then turn onto wire rack to cool completely. Frost with cool whip.
