A nutritious non-dairy fruit smoothie children love! Add 1 tsp. liquid omega 3 supplement (strawberry flavor, Children's DHA by Nordic Naturals)to make a super easy way to get those omega 3's in your picky eaters.
Ingredients:
1 cup soymilk
4 large frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon vanilla powdered soy protein concentrate
1/2 teaspoon honey, if needed to taste
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve in chilled or frosted glass with fresh strawberry garnish (optional).
