1 1/4 cups cooking oil or 1 1/4 cups melted butter or 1 1/4 cups melted margarine
1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts or 1 1/4 cups chopped cashews or 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mix all dry ingredients. 3. Add other ingredients and mix well. 4. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. 5. Bake for 60-70 minutes.
