This came from The Saturday Evening Post. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat milk
8 ounces frozen sliced strawberries
8 ounces ice
2 ounces frozen plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 medium banana
Directions:
1. In blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Add more ice for thicker consistency.
