Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened frozen strawberries
1 medium banana
1 cup (8 ounces) plain yogurt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a thermos or other insulated container; keep cool. Shake before serving. Yield: 4 cups.
