Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
1/2 banana
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 scoop whey protein powder
Directions:
1. cut strawberries in half
2. slice 1/2 medium banana
3. add low fat yogurt and 1 scoop of Whey Powder (Whey can be ommitted this just boosts protein content). Place all contents in blender or I use hand blender in cup large enough to hold all contents blend at low speed until solids cut up 20 - 30 seconds then blend at high speed for 20 seconds more. Note any other berries can be substitued.
