Ingredients:
2 bananas, peeled
2 cups fresh strawberries, rinsed
4 cups skim milk
1 cup cold water
honey
Directions:
1. Cut the bananas into small pieces.
2. Cut the strawberries into small cubes.
3. Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
4. Serve chilled.
