Smoothie made with frozen fruit and yogurt
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup milk, 1
3/4 cup sliced frozen peaches
3/4 cup strawberries
1/2 small banana
Directions:
1. Blend yogurt and milk. Add banana, then frozen fruit. Blend until smooth. Add Splenda or Equal if desired.
