Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
8 oz orange no pulp juice
2 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup banana, sliced
Directions:
1. Ground the oats in the blender before adding other ingredients.
2. Add remaining ingredients. It's best to add them slowly in this order: yogurt, orange juice, banana, then strawberries.
