Strawberry-Banana Freeze

A delicious smoothie to get your started in the morning
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 small banana, peeled
lemon juice (optional)
1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Freeze banana until firm.
2. Cut frozen banana into chunks. In a blender combine the banana, evaporated milk, sugar and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
3. With blender running, slowly add the frozen berries one or two at a time through opening in lid.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Serve immediately.
