1. Reserve 6 berries for top of parfaits. 2. Slice remaining berries and mix with sugar. 3. Let stand 10 minutes. 4. Spoon half the berries 6 parfait glasses. 5. Add 1 scoop ice-cream to each. 6. Add half the pineapple. 7. Repeat the layers. 8. Top with whipped cream and reserved berries.
