Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries
2 bananas
4 ounces coconut milk
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup white rum
1/4 cup grenadine
ice
Directions:
1. Hull the strawberries and cut them in half. Peel bananas and cut into chunks.
2. Put the fruit in a food processor or blender, add in coconut milk and water. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
3. Add the rum, grenadine and ice. Blend until smooth and thick.
4. Serve immediately, garnish with sliced strawberries if desired.
