Ingredients:
2 cups halved small strawberries
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup lemon low-fat yogurt
fresh mint leaves (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Spoon into each of 4 bowls; top each with 2 tablespoons yogurt. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
