Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. If the strawberries are large, cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Add the sugar and let them sit for 1 hour at room temperature.
  3. If your berries are particularly sweet, reduce the sugar by half.
  4. Place the strawberries in a serving bowl and add the melon.
  5. Add the plum wine and stir gently to mix.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Spoon fruit and sauce into bowls and serve.
