Strawberries and Cream Frozen Dessert (Low-Fat)

Strawberries and Cream lowfat? This one is. Adapted by Kraft Kitchen and tweaked for a low fat dessert! Serve it your way. Make the filling with cream cheese, pudding mix and whip topping spoon into a pie shell, muffin pan or waffle cups. Anyway you serve it, it's delicious! Cooking time is chilling time ;)
Ingredients:
8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
1 cup cold low-fat milk (2%)
3 1/2 ounces jello instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip lite
10 graham crackers, halves coarsely broken
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup sugar free strawberry ice cream topping
Directions:
1. MAKE THE FILLING:
2. BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 minute Stir in COOL WHIP, graham crackers and berries. Swirl in ice cream topping.
3. SERVE IT YOUR WAY!
4. PIE: Spread filling into 6-oz. OREO Pie Crust. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional berries, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
5. MINI PIES: Spoon filling into 12 cupcake liners. Freeze 4 hours. Remove paper linings. Garnish desserts with additional berries, if desired. Makes 12 servings.
6. WAFFLE BOWLS: Freeze filling 6 hours or until firm. Let stand 15 minute before scooping into waffle bowls. Makes 8 servings.
