Straw Mushrooms and Snow Peas

Ingredients:
1 lb fresh snow pea
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lb straw mushroom, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon white sugar
Directions:
1. Trim snow peas. Add the snow peas, oil and salt to wok. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes, or until the peas are tender-crisp.
2. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir fry for 1-2 more minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
