This is called S.T.O.P ...for squash, tomatoes, onions & peppers.
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes sliced
5 squash sliced
1 red onion sliced
pepper
1 stick butter
salt
1 1/2 large green peppers, sliced
Directions:
1. Put in layers in a casserole dish, starting with thick layer of squash
2. Then onion, pepper, tomato and repeat
3. Dot each layer with butter.
4. Sprinkle with salt & pepper
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes, uncovered
6. Serves 4-6
