Stirfry Chinese Cabbage With Anchovies

Easy stirfry vegetables, serve with rice. The children just love them.
Ingredients:
half chinese cabbage - cleaned & cut for about 1 inches length from bottom
1 carrot - finely slice
1/2 inch chopped ginger
3 glove of garlice - chopped
1 handful of fine dried anchovies - from asian groceries - washed & rinse
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Heat the hot pan with some oil (2 tbsp)
2. Fry the garlic & ginger
3. Add anchovies
4. Fry until fragrant
5. Add the carrot and cabbage
6. Stirfry & cover for 1 minute (medium to high heat).
7. Add salt & pepper
8. Serve hot with warm rice.
