Ingredients:
3 cups sugar snap peas
2 carrots, sliced
1 squash, diced
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Precook sugar snap peas in the microwave for 2 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add vegetables and cook until carrots are desired tenderness, 5-10 minutes.
4. Add salt, stir, and serve.
