Stir Fry Turkey with Veggies

Ingredients:
3 ounces turkey breast, skinless
1 1/2 cups zucchini
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup green beans
1 1/4 cups tomatoes, chopped
Directions:
1. Cut turkey breast into strips and stir fry in the olive oil until done.
2. Remove turkey breast.
3. Saute vegetables in the remaining olive oil until tender.
4. Combine turkey breast with the vegetables, mix and serve hot.
