Stir Fry Tofu & Broccoli

Easy, balanced meal. Vegetarian Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
3 stalk, medium broccoli, steamed
14 ounces extra firm tofu, fried
1/4 onion, cooked
1/2 tsp sesame seed
1 tbsp sauce, hoisin, ready-to-serve
1/4 cup white rice, cooked
1 tbsp sriracha
5 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions:
1. First heat the oil in a pan on high. Add enough oil to surround the tofu when added, some of it will be drained later.
2. Add tofu, cook til browning begins, then add onions and soon after garlic and sesame seeds. Stir gently throughout.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min.
4. Pour off some excess oil, leaving some in pan.
5. Add broccoli, soy sauce, siracha, and hoisin. Stir.
6. Reduce heat and leave covered for 5-7 minutes.
7. Serve with white rice, or mix together in pan.
