Ingredients:
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger
1 hot green chile pepper, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 stalk medium celery, chopped
1/4 cup sliced carrots
1 cup corn kernels
2 cups broccoli
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 block tofu organic firm style, cubed
Directions:
1. heat sesame oil in frying pan
2. add remaining ingredients and stir until cooked
