Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using low heat saute garlic, shallots and ginger until fragant add water
  2. Turn the heat to medium or high add shrimp
  3. Add curry poder, corriander powder, salt and pepper, coconut milk stir fry until shrimp is cooked add basil, stirr well and until sauce is thickened, serve
