Stir-Fry Beef with Thai Chili Paste

Beef stir fry with Thai chili paste and vegetables.
Ingredients:
6 ounces beef, sliced thin
2 tablespoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon red chili paste
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup egg white
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 cups green beans, chinese long beans
2 cups bok choy
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup carrots, sliced
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Drain beef and reserve the marinade.
3. Stir fry the beef quickly in a large pan or wok, being careful not to over cook. Remove beef from the pan and cover to keep warm.
4. Add the carrots to the pan and cook for 30 seconds, add the celery and cook thirty more seconds. Add the bok choy and beans and cook until just tender. Remove vegetables from the pan and cover to keep warm.
5. Add the marinade to the pan and cook until bubbly. Return the beef and vegetables to the pan and stir to coat the vegetables and beef. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
