Stir-fry Bean Spout

This is perfectly for vegetrian..fast and easy...
Ingredients:
1 cup green onion, long 1/2 inch sliced
2 cup bean sprouts
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 cup water
2 tsp. fish sauce
1/2 cups of diced tofu (optional)
2 tsp. oyster sauce
pinch of black pepper
1/2 cups of cooked pork blood (optional)
this dish also good with crispy pork...but optional
*(check out stir-fry sauce for this dish)
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and stir fry about 2 minutes. Add tofu and remaining vegetables and cook and stir for several minutes.
2. When the vegetables are half way done, add sugar, black pepper and fish sauce, mix well
3. Add cornstarch into the water. When the vegetables are crisp-tender, make a space in the center and add the sauce. Allow to bubble until it begins to thicken and then quickly stir to coat the vegetables.
4. Serve over rice.
