Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts, fried
3 cups brown rice
1 cup brocolli
1 cup onions
1 cup celery
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups green peppers
Directions:
1. fry chicken breasts and onions
2. add ginger, pepper, salt and garlic
3. add 1/2 cup water and vegetables
