Stir-fried Spicy Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 bunch spring onion
450 g mushrooms
1 teaspoon chili
1 tablespoon rice wine
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon stock
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons oil
Directions:
1. Heat a wok or large frying pan over a high heat and add the oil. When smoking, add the garlic, ginger, and spring onions and stir-fry for about 20 seconds, then add the mushrooms. After 30 seconds, add the remaining ingredients, except for the sesame oil, and season. Stir-fry for 5 more minutes until the mushrooms are cooked, then stir in the oil.
