stir fried sirloin with sesame cabbage

Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
2 cups sliced white cabbage
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup sliced red cabbage
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 small carrot
1 1/2 lbs sirloin
5 scallions, slicved
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger
6 cloves minced garlic
Directions:
1. cut carrot into matchsticks combine soy, lime, red pepper flakes, and sugar in a big bowl and set aside ina large pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil over high heat add cabbage and carrot, stir constantly for 2-3 minutes toss with soy-lime mixture and set the bowl aside cut sirloin into finger-size pieces dry meat and season with kosher salt and fresh black pepper add 2 tbsp olive oil to pan, heat over high heat stir fry meat until cooked to taste.
2. stir in ginger, garlic, and scallions and allow to cook for 20 seconds remove from heat and serve with cabbage.
