Stir-Fried Scallops With Fresh Basil

Quick and easy meal. Serve with two cups of steamed chopped cabbage.
Ingredients:
8 ounces fresh scallops
2 tablespoons oil
3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
3 fresh lime leaves, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup dried chinese mushrooms
1/4 cup bamboo shoot, shredded
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
15 sweet basil (thai)
Directions:
1. Rise scallops and score diagonally.
2. In a wok, heat oil, garlic and lime leaves on high heat until oil bubbles.
3. Add scallops, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until scallops are cooked.
4. Mix in basil and serve on a bed of steamed cabbage.
