Stir Fried Asparagus With Sesame Seeds

This is a delicious way to serve up your veggies.
Ingredients:
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp olive oil
1 lb asparagus
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
Directions:
1. Trim the asparagus.
2. Cut them into 1 inch pieces.
3. Heat your frying pan up and put the sesame seeds in it.
4. Stir them constantly until they are toasted.
5. Remove them from the pan and set them aside.
6. Heat the oil in the pan.
7. Add the asparagus and cook , stirring constantly, about 3 minutes.
8. If you happen to have a green onion, add it at the same time.
9. Add the soy sauce ,sesame oil, and sugar and stir.
10. Cover and cook another 2-3 minutes, until the asparagus is tender.
11. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds before serving.
