These are wonderfully delicious spicy, sweet, salty, sticky asian style chicken wings. The garlic and ginger spiced hoisin and teriyaki sauces combined with the brown sugar and hot garlic chili sauce makes these wings fly! Read more ! They make a great appetizer or light meal for watching the big game. They are excellent served with extra sauce as a dipping sauce or with an asian slaw
Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wings, tips removed and wings cut in half at joint
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup less sodium teriyaki marinade & sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tbl garlic chili sauce (or adjust to your taste)
1/4 cup brown sugar
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover a cookie sheet or baking dish with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl mix all ingredients except chicken wings.
3. Place wings on a foil lined 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Brush all the wings with the sauce. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until juices run clear, basting about every 15 minutes and turning the wings about half way through.
