Sticky Pineapple Ribs

I like this recipe because you don't have to preboil the ribs. I received the recipe from a friend.
Ingredients:
3 lbs baby back ribs
1 cup apricot jam
1/4 cup soya sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
Directions:
1. Separate pork into ribs.
2. Put in greased 9x13 pan.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs, turning to coat.
4. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or till glazed and tender.
5. Baste every 15 minutes without turning.
6. Serve sauce over ribs.
