Ingredients:
1 bag(s) pecan peices
1 bag(s) rhodes frozen yeast rolls
1/3 cup(s) butter
1 cup(s) brown sugar packed
2 tablespoon(s) light karo syrup
1/2 package(s) butterscotch pudding mix not instant
cinnamon
Directions:
1. Lightly grease or spray 9 x 13 pan.
2. Sprinkle desired amount of pecans on bottom of pan.
3. Place/space 15 dough balls on top of pecans. Let dough balls rise.
4. When dough has risen, combine butter, brown sugar & Karo syrup in saucepan. Heat until melted and well mixed.
5. Pour mix over dough balls. Sprinkle with butterscotch pudding mix.
6. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
7. Bake at 350 for approx 15 min. Remove from oven and gently check that rolls are not stuck to side of pan.
8. Rolls have been baked 'upside down' and need to be flipped. Cover 9 x 13 pan with a sturdy flat object such as a baking sheet and flip rolls upside down. Remove 9 x 13 pan.
