Sticky Balsamic Tomato Salad

Ingredients:
125 ml balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 tomatoes, sliced
100 g feta cheese
3/4 cup basil leaves
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Place vinegar and sugar in saucepan over medium heat.
2. Bring to boil, cook 8 - 10 minutes till thickened.
3. Watch carefully though.
4. Set aside to cool.
5. Arrange tomato, feta and basil on serving plate.
6. Drizzle with oil and dressing, season.
