Ingredients:
1 cup steel cut oats
1 cup milk
4 cups water
Directions:
1. Add the oatmeal, milk and water to a crock pot. Set on low and cook for 6-9 hours.
2. Spraying the crock pot with a vegetable spray prevents oatmeal from sticking to sides and clean up easier.
